On August 5, 2025, I had my infusion treatment administered by Nicky. She had excellent “bed side manner.” Very professional and accommodating. She even contacted me and met me in front of the building when I had left my portfolio in the office. Thanks for a great appointment.
The owner was not the nicest. First there was a mix up with the type procedure and she was cavalier about the mix up. But the reason I’m writing the review is because they treated me and took my money $300. This is problematic because for IVF once you start Intralipid therapy you must do it weekly. If I didn’t start the therapy, the clinic would have removed it from my protocol but because we started and I am an out of town patient there aren’t any other places that do this for IVF patients. I’ve been coming to Active Infusions for almost a year now and I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s small + quaint but the staff is always so personable. Everyone is super professional and the snacks are TOP TIER!! Today, I had Joi who was such a pleasure. I can’t wait to return and experience her wonderful service again!!
