I called them in to winter maintenance on my 70 year old boiler. They were really nice and professional and answered all my questions. I would recommend them.
Update — September 14, 2026, in response to the owner: My review already acknowledges that you eventually supplied the invoice, photographs, and readings. My concern is the follow-up required and how my questions were handled. Providing the records does not resolve that complaint. I accepted flat-rate pricing and asked for clear totals for the available options. A disappointing experience with Active Heating. Getting clear information about a serious furnace safety issue became more difficult and adversarial than it needed to be. Our household scheduled heating and cooling maintenance after receiving a mailed $50 voucher. The resulting bill was $318.60 after the discount and tax, covering $175 each for heating and cooling maintenance. We understood the technician to say the furnace had a cracked heat exchanger.
