Our furnace went out the day before Thanksgiving. I called Active Heating in the morning and they made it out within a few hours. They had the part on hand and were able to fix it right away. They were fast, efficient, professional, and great to work with! Don't hesitate to call them!

Speedy service, friendly staff, outrageous bill! Charged a travel fee of $6.50/mile when we are 10 miles from the shop is ridiculous. On top of that the service call fee was very high. Overpriced for the service received. Won’t repeat business.
Highly recommend. Came out same day, within an hour to fix a part on my A/C unit. While the tech was there, he also checked over my system and cleaned off the coils. Will be doing business with this company again!
We've used Active Heating 2 years in a row. First time we had a faulty wire to the outside fan. 2nd time frozen AC unit during 95 degree weather. Our Tech was very professionaland informative. We talked through the inspection and how we could do some preventive maintenance to prevent icing up. They are reasonably priced and very quick to respond to questions over the phone. Would recommend to anyone.
