Needed water heater replaced. Called them and they showed up when they told me, first thing following morning. Had all supplies with them. Looks like a professional job. Friendly staff. Have not received bill yet, we will see on that subject.

Air conditioner quit working. Had purchased from Active, so called them. Came out early next day. Repaired, problem was covered under warranty. Also performed yearly maintenance and replaced filter. Technician was very nice!

My mother had some tub faust issues of leaking water when the knobs were turned on. Called and made an appointment and got in right away. He showed up right on time and definitely new what he was doing. Excellent work and got her faust fixed very reasonable without tearing everything apart. Saved a lot of money definitely will call again if I need them again.
