They are very professional and helpful. I highly recommend them.
Active Heat has been my go‑to since 2021. After the flood damaged our home, he was the one who stepped up — went above and beyond, paid attention to every detail, and earned my trust. Since then, any time I’ve had questions, he’s always made time to answer them. When the furnace at our rental started giving us trouble, he showed up fast and fixed it properly. I called Active Heat during the June heat wave to have an AC unit installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Excellent service from start to finish. Very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. Communication was great, the issue was diagnosed quickly, and everything was handled efficiently. It’s hard to find honest and reliable HVAC technicians these days, and this experience definitely stood out. Highly recommend for anyone needing heating or cooling service.
Sukhi installed our air conditioner 7 years ago, and we never had any problems. Yesterday, our capacitor broke, and Sukhi despite being out of town, came to our house straight from the ferry to fix the issue. Our conditioner works perfectly again, Sukhi is the best HVAC installer and technician in the province, perhaps in the nation.
