Cottonwood VA referred me to this office. Unfortunately, it's 45 min away. They have a great staff. My hearing aids needed repair. The volume was varying high and low when streaming music and also with my TV streamer. I sent them in to Prescott. The audiologist said they replaced the innards. Got home and tested them out. The volume is still varying :( . Annoying to say the least. The brand is Phonak. I guess I'll just put up with it. I don't really want to drive all the way there again. The staff at Active Hearing are great. They are accompanying to Vets and everything is state of the art. They have a great system to remind you of your appointment as well. GREAT JOB!
