The service provided was good. However, your cost for Dexcom G6 is ridiculous! Edgepark Medical beat your price for a 3 month supply by 125.00. Im not understanding this at all. Especially in the day which we live, your mission should be more affordable to your clients that are already facing more expenses for their medical diagnosis.
I found the same product online for $57 (they charged me $300) and when I called to question my bill, the customer service supervisor (Elaine) I talked to was very rude and unprofessional. She told me numerous times "it's your fault" the bill was so high because I was more concerned about my son breathing than I was about calling them the day we got his nebulizer. She continued to rattle off incorrect information about insurance while telling me she knows "for a fact" how insurance works because she gets prescriptions filled... read more
