Ms. Mable is phenomenal! I expressed my financial need to her and advocated strongly for myself. She had the patience to listen and not send me away but honor my request. I had to speak with the billing department in regards to my sons spacer, Mabel helped me with the entire process and she was extremely helpful and so very kind!

Active Healthcare customer service is awesome. Particularly the option to speak with a Spanish speaking customer service agent. Thanks for the diversity this helps my older family members, whom only speak Spanish.
After receiving medical equipment at my doctors office, i got a text from Active healthcare. My call to them was answered promptly and they wanted to make sure I knew how to use the nebulizer or if I had any questions. They went over the cleaning process and warranty information. I was given an estimated cost of going through my insurance.
