Called the morning of my sons appointment with Reece as he woke up sick, sneezing and sore throat. Have never changed, missed or cancelled an appointment beforehand. Was advised it would be the full fee. Emailed mentioning that we couldn't give more notice as he woke up sick and kids get sick. No empathy, understanding or compassion. Was then advised if we didn't pay, all future appointments would be cancelled.
