Active Habits is not your average Bootcamp. We incorporate real Strength & Conditioning methods to help our clients build strength, add muscle and lose fat. We are known as for being a 'gym in a park.' Some of our favourite exercises are Deadlifts, Squats, Chin Ups and Sled Runs!

Active Habits is the best place to workout and become a better version of yourself. Nathan and Mitch are really good at what they do. The small workout group sizes allow for personal training and motivate each other.

Whether its a CrossFit, nutrition or lifestyle related they are the go to person. They have helped me immensely with turning my life around in terms of losing fat, gaining muscle and improving my fitness levels. I highly recommend Nathen and Mitch one of the best trainer's I have come across till now.
No words can explain my disappointment with this company. Business these days should be professional specifically where time is involved. I received an email and there were different times that I can choose from for them to give me a call to assess my needs and whether I meet their requirements .
