They overbook and won’t complete all services you asked for despite confirming they will. Never felt satisfied with their service.
Worst experience. I bought 4 new tires from Dianne and less than one year later the tread was completely worn out. I couldn’t figure out how brand new tires wore out so quickly, come to find out she sold me summer tires instead of all season and never told me. I went back to the shop to complain and they were not helpful. Her go to excuse that she loves to use is that her computer system is down. Lies! I recently had my brakes replaced at another Active Green + Ross location and was instructed to visit any location after ~100 km to have the wheels re-torqued for safety. After confirming online that this location was open today (New Year’s Eve) we arrived only to be told all staff had been sent home at noon. That was frustrating, but the employee also told us, “with all due respect, we only really do this service on high end cars”… A basic safety check shouldn’t depend on the type of car you drive.
