Good service station for a quick installation of car tires. With their visible brand it feels safer than a random shops. They don't guarantee if you bring your own tires as they do offer tires to purchase. The front waiting area is kept clean, with magazines to keep you entertained. The parking lot is fairly small but it wasn't busy the day I was there and it took half an hour to complete the installation.
Great customer service
Was very impressed with the services at Bridgeland Green & Ross! Singh and his crew attended very carefully to my Benz in getting new all season tires and an alignment. The coffee machine wasn’t working and I was in for a long wait so a gentleman on staff there offered to get me a coffee and provided a bagel with cream cheese also! So very kind. Huge shoutout to Active Green + Ross for fitting me in last minute after my car got stuck in a snowbank and wouldn’t stop rattling. They were super honest and walked me through everything they found, and it turned out the issue was just built-up ice. I really appreciated how communicative they were and that I never felt like they were trying to pull one over on me with unnecessary fixes or parts (which sadly isn’t always the case with auto shops).
