Ripped me off on the lug nuts! I bought snow tires and steel rims here. MJ told me that since my original wheels were alloy, and my rims for my new snow tires were steel, I needed new lug nuts, $10/each * 20 lug nuts for $200. I've had a few different places swap my snow and all season tires since then, and they always just use my original lug nuts. They all said there was no need to get new ones, and the new ones are inferior quality compared to the ones i already had.

They appear to do decent work but I am very upset about the $5.75 environmental and shop fee they added and hid on my bill. They never disclosed this fee upfront, ever. Then they tried to lie and say it was a government fee which it is not. Do not like being like to. All I did was change tires. I did not leave anything behind. How am I affecting the environment? I've used this Green and Ross location for many years. They provide good service and are very helpful in finding the necessary parts for my 2014 fiat. I will continue to use them as they are helpful, efficient and have very good service turnaround times. Very good service!
