They helped me out of a jam when my dealer wouldn't. I have since taken all my Toyota car repairs and maintenance to them. I believe they are proving themselves worthy and I am so glad I changed.

From the time I arrived to arrange an appointment to have my oil changed, to the time of payment, everything went smoothly and I was met with courtesy and respect. It’s so nice to have a smiling face look back and you and explain what was done on your vehicle while in their care. I will definitely be back and will certainly tell my friends about the Active Green & Ross location on Upper Sherman and Mohawk Roads. Thanks again
The garage staff seem very young and inexperienced and I needed to return multiple times (5)to have the same tire repaired properly at which point they noticed a sidewalk hole that could not be patched and I was forced to buy another tire which I was ready to do on my first visit. It wasted a lot of my time and patience and although they eventually offered me a free oil change to make up for it I cannot reckoned this store whatsoever. my to go place great service only thing bothers me they don't tell you what else your needs even if your just there for oil change fast checking around can mean alot to help costumer knowing what it needs to get it fix later
