Worst car service. taking too long to repair something simple. charged excessive amount of money. how this place got any positive review is a mystery.
5 stars for the mechanics who not only fixed my car for quite cheap ($2200 for a brand new exhaust system was about 30% less than what the other shops were quoting me), and -2 stars for the guy at the desk who adamantly and would not let go booking an appointment online for it. If you have a system in place, honor it or remove it entirely.
I found the personnel very professional and finished the work in a timely fashion
I am going to be honest to Job is done fine but the service is terrible, you can do better please fix your customer service and stop dictating things in customers listen to your customers, ask them what they need first rather that dictating
Had an unfortunate situation today and needed a tire ASAP. Eric helped me out, diagnosed my issue, and did everything he could to help me, but unfortunately he didn’t have what I needed in stock (due to my weird tire size). He made some solid recommendations to try and find a shop to help me out. Very helpful and would recommend this shop to anyone. It’s unfortunate I live so far at from the shop.
