They offer a very professional and excellent service at the workshop. Always flexible and willing to help, even if something unexpected happens to your vehicle. Lucinda & Allan have been our trusted advisors and mechanics for the last ten years, and we can not thank and recommend them enough.
+1 Star for same day service, went in with parts for a brake pad service and grinding sound. I admit I didn't know if it was front or back for the sound, but I'm also not a mechanic. Service I received was 1.5 hours to change my front brakes and not diagnose or help with my grinding sound. I was told I could 'ignore the grinding sound'. Turns out one of my rear calipers was partially seized and had ground the pad to metal on metal. End of the day they did change my front pads, but $255 for that when I provide the part and I ... read more
Fast and did a great job.
Message to Owner Your receptionist is very rude and is costing you $$$ Revenue. No greeting, No smile, NO HELP. I came in today with my winter tire (rimmed) and asked if there was availability for a walk in to remove the rim and put it on an all season tire. She answered my question with a question 3 times. After I got clearly frustrated with her attitude I said it's fine I'll go somewhere else, and she did not care. Writing this review while getting my tire changed down the road!
