The lady that answers the phone is rude. Absolutely zero customer skills. Last time I heard someone talk like that, it was the villain mother in the Goonies. If they choose her to deal with the customers, then I can't trust their judgement when it comes to automotive work. Edit: thanks for the reply. If you record your phone calls, I encourage you to listen to the call to see who was unprofessional and rude.

This place is so unprofessional as well as rude ,the lady they have there answering phone calls is very unprofessional unwelcoming and just rude from the time I walked in there I felt uncomfortable, they left my car worse off then what it was , I paid for diagnostic tests and left with no codes no further diagnosis this is very unprofessional I would not recommend to anyone please go somewhere else !
Sent my mom here to have a misfire on her vehicle diagnosed. We brought the vehicle there with no check engine light illuminated but it had a light stutter at low rpm. When we got the vehicle back, the engine light was on and the the engine shaking and stumbling was far worse. They had mentioned that the vehicle likely needed spark plugs or possibly a fuel injector.
