Back in to AGR Beaverton today for the first oil change on my brand new Durango! Fast friendly service like always, love this place! The guys here have done so much for me regarding other vehicles, and I trust them 100% these guys are my forever mechanics!

I got there a 3:40pm and apparently they couldn't squeeze me in for a tire repair even though they close at 6. I told them I could leave if for the rest of the day and they just said sorry they were slammed and sorry can't help you. They did not offer any other solution. After posting my review they decided to get the number from my work truck to call my company to complain about it to my manager, telling my boss they are trying to run a business... thinking I'm going to change my decision about my review.
