Great customer service.
I want to start this review off by saying that the staff was very kind and I have nothing against them as I know this is a chain company and they are just doing their jobs. I was quoted about $6000 for my van to get fixed and I paid about $230 for a diagnosis. Every little thing needed to be fixed and when I asked if they could fix only the necessary problems I was told it would cost only about $3000. My neighbour takes her car here and she has many good things to say about their service. I received the most comprehensive breakdown for winter tires from Active Green + Ross. I’m sure that I’ll be in to service my car soon.
