was shopping around for tires and my last place was Active Green & Ross met with district manager and he was so helpful in finding the right tires suited for me so I decided to with them. From the owner R.J to the other technicians they stumbled upon a problem that Volkswagen previously had not. The problem was fixed the tires have been put on and everything worked out. From now on if any troubles with my car it will be headed to Active Green & Ross on Bridgeland. Thank you for kindness and help.
The owner took the time to explain what was happening with my brakes and provided the breakdown of parts and labour costs. He also drove me home while they worked on the car and sent an uber to pick me up. There was a little sticker shock at the price but it comes with quality parts and a two year warranty. I’m sorry I can’t give a 5 star rating strictly due to the cost.
Excellent service, very professional and knowledgeable, they will not overcharge like the other dealership, someone you can trust, they also offered financing options for emergency unplanned repairs which suit your budget
Store 73 ; Thanks, great explanation of the service needs. Good discussion of work being done on 2014 Honda CRV with 304 K Kms. Pricing way better than Honda dealer a block away. Dealer assessment missed a broken shock. Work was done quickly and finished on time. A ride to and from the shop was a welcome surprise bonus
I had my winter tires changeover at Active Green and Ross #73 the mechanic found that my front shock was leaking, Rahul Jain the service manager spoke to me about the situation, gave me a quote and I decided to have the 2 new shocks installed. RJ was honest and quick service to the team. Thank you
