Great experience with RJ , he explained very well, he showed each and everything even though it was only for pil change, showed tire quality , shock absorber etc. Whichever is good he kept it and suggest to run until couple of seasons but something need immediate attention to be replaced soon
Had all season tires ordered and made an appointment. At the appointment was the first costumer on a Saturday morning. Tires were on-site. It took them 2 hours to take off old runner and replace with new ones and balance. 2 hours?! And every 30 minutes I waited it seemed that they were delaying. Then get called into the shop, to be told I need a water pump and shocks. The water pump.was done just 18 months prior. So wasn't buying their assesment.
