I took my father’s car here for a routine tire rotation and balancing, nothing complicated. The next day the car felt wrong while driving, so I inspected the tires and found a large bulge on the inner sidewall that was not there before the service. I returned immediately to show them the issue, expecting they would at least look into it. Instead, the owner was dismissive and started insulting me, even calling me a liar rather than addressing the damage or offering a solution.
