The Better Buisness Bureau needs to be made aware of this untrustworthy operator. I took my car in for a simple oil change as I couldn’t get in to my regular shop, I came out with a diagnosis of front and rear struts, and a lower suspension control arm totalling $2524.84 all in. He told me he could do it today and would take about 4 hrs. When I told him I couldn’t do it today as I needed my car, he said don’t worry I’ll give you a loaner car. I did the online booking and dropped my car off this morning before work. I put my key into the after hours “hole”. I got a phone call asking what I wanted done with my car. I guess the online booking doesn’t work? Anyway, they ended up being able to do my oil change, after being told that it can’t be done today. My drivers side floor mat was dirty too. Last time I was here I had a better experience.
Extremely disappointing experience with this mechanic. A safety inspection certificate was issued for the vehicle, yet serious mechanical and safety-related issues appeared within just 5–6 days of purchase. In my opinion, these problems should have been identified during a proper inspection and should never have been overlooked on a vehicle considered safe to drive.
