Very satisfied with the work that I had done to my vehicle. I brought it in because of a check engine light and it turned out to be a huge issue, the staff worked hard on finding me the best price for the part to fix it which helped the overall cost majorly. The car was fixed within a timely manner and is running better than ever. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, will definitely be bringing my car back there for any issues!
I can’t say enough great things about this shop. After multiple places couldn’t properly diagnose what was wrong with my Chrysler 300, Doug and his team stepped in and figured it out. I would give zero stars if possible. I tried to walk across the front of their garage for less than a minute because the sidewalk was covered in snow. A person came out and aggressively stopped me, telling me to go back and use the crosswalk. Very unwelcoming and hostile attitude toward pedestrians. After this experience, I would not feel comfortable trusting them with my car. Not recommended.
Guys at the shop were incredibly rude to my girlfriend. Some of your responses to your clients are abrasive and arrogant. It’s wild you guys even get business. Who ever is running your account needs to learn what respect and customer service mean. Maybe take a course on business and hire guys that actually enjoy their job and have a positive personality.
