This shop is being run under new management and a lot of the 1 star reviews are from many years ago. When I came in, the first thing I noticed was that they run a very clean and tidy shop, so I decided to give my business to them and they did not dissappint. Their Techs were clear with their recommendations and fast and efficient with their work. I will be bringing my vehicle back in the future.
Great service and the team helped me out in a major bind and an impending flat tire. Highly recommend the team and Dundas location!
I took my car (Ford Focus) to Active Green +Ross #5517 on July 14, 2025 and was met by the Service Advisor, M. khan, in a friendly manner. I told him my car needed oil change as it was showing on my dashboard every time I turned on the ignition. The Technician, Joshua Frias, quickly checked and also did a thorough inspection. I have always been pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of the team. They often go above and beyond. Especially my last several visits where Vince has been extremely helpful.
On Saturday, June 21, 2025, following my grocery shopping, I suddenly had a flat tire and was lucky enough to get to the shop in time at Active Green +Ross #5517 Dundas St. West, Etobicoke. The Service Advisor (Vincent Arrechedera), met me with a big smile and friendly manner. I explained to him my tire issue and what happened.
