⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely excellent experience with Raj, my service advisor, and Adrian, the technician. I met Raj last week when I brought up a few concerns I had about my vehicle. He immediately put my mind at ease, assuring me that nothing appeared urgent, but also promised that when I brought the car in, they would do a thorough diagnostic rather than simply dismissing my concerns. Today I went to the Etobicoke location due to a flat tire. I am visiting from out of town and needed everything to be sorted out in order to drive back home tomorrow. Tony took the time to understand my concerns and constraints and worked with me to find the best solution. Everything is now fixed and I am good for my drive back home.
