Our first time using the 859 Kipling location. Made arrangements with Peter & Andrew over the phone to drop off our car for certification. They were efficient, easy to deal with and professional. Our car passed without any major issues which for a well maintained 8 year old car is to be expected but you are at the mercy of the shop and mechanics as to what they may find or recommend. I have not taken my vehicle to the dealership since I first found AG+Ross located at 859 Kipling Ave. They are not only excellent to deal with, they are experts at what they do. I have not had one complaint and I have had some major repairs done. Awesome team!
