Excellent service at Active Green+Ross. I have brought my aging truck to this location on two seperate occasions now for fairly major repairs. The mechanics are attentive and communicate with you through the entire process. I was sent photos of issues that needed fixing and the mechanic explained the required repairs and potential causes of the issues throughout the entire process. I made an appointment to get my car serviced but the manager told me they are too busy to work on my car. That's why I made an appointment... What's the point of an appointment then?!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THEY WILL DAMAGE IT AND DENY ANY RESPONSIBILITY! Rude, arrogant owner and incompetent technicians doing sloppy work. They damaged my wheels leaving huge scrapes and gouges!
Friendly efficient staff. I bought their recommended Micheline all season tires at a competitive price and had them installed in a timely manner.
The Kipling location of Active Green + Ross is fantastic! I was shopping for my entire winter tire package (with storage) and Vince was so helpful, honest, patient and prompt in answering all of my questions.
