Got extensive subframe replacements here after an unlucky debris hit on the highway. Staff were polite, offered cost-saving options unprompted, and were straightforward about each decision's pros and cons. Couldn't ask for anything more for a drop-in repair job.

On a cold Saturday afternoon, I ended up across town with a flat tire and was fortunate that Green & Ross Tire & Auto Centres was right across the street. Their communication was excellent—they understood the urgency of my situation and were upfront that scheduled appointments would take priority, while still providing a realistic ETA so I could make an informed decision.
