Asked to buy a litter of power steering fluid, I was charged 50 dollars, I was so pissed I walked out without getting my receipt.Going to call head office and file a complaint.

EDIT: I forgot to mention the most absurd part, and the obvious reason why they deserve a 1 star rating - when I left my aunt and Mom for a few minutes, they tried to pretend like the alternator was $800 instead of the $250 it was worth. They tried to bill my aunt 800 for parts + 400 for labour to replace the alternator with an aftermarket, cheap one that wasn't even brand new. Honda charges the same price for a brand new OEM part. Excellent service and all around customer care! We were having sudden break problems and this was the closest mechanic. They fit us in right away and analyzed the problem quickly offering us lots of options. We ended up leaving the truck there and the owner of the shop drove us to the nearest car rental ensuring we were able to find a car and get home safely. We felt very cared for. Thank you for everything.
