As a neighbour of this establishment, I can tell you the constant blasting of the horn that adds to my morning coffee on the deck really adds to my quiet zen experience. If it was the only option I would sympathize with the need for "open the door" alerts like this, however I called them and asked if they might consider a wireless bell (inside) their facility and a mobile fob that a driver could activate might work well to keep all parties happy. Always great service here. They also never try to upsell you they just give you honest advice. Only place I will take my vehicles.

Today I picked up a nail and was towed to Active Green +Ross to have my tire repaired. Ralph, my service representative, provided fantastic service by repairing my tire and getting me on my way quickly. Thanks, Ralph; much appreciated.

10/10 experience at this location. I was in a pinch with a long trip coming up the next day. Ralph and John were able to get my car in immediately to diagnose and resolve the issue. They were also able to advise me on other areas that would eventually require attention. Highly recommend this shop as they’re super kind and helpful.
