Active glass came out to do an estimate on replacing my window last month. They called me several times saying that they couldn't come out to replace the glass until they received payment. After paying them I have to wait almost another month for them to come and replace my window due to them not having the window in stock. They never offered to give me back my money to go shop somewhere else. I called several places to get some 3/8" glass shelves cut. I was told no one in town could do it, but ACTIVE GLASS Did It!!!! Not only saved glass from the dumpster but was a great price, and Krista and staff were very clear about expectations and the very delicate process. I will post pictures when the project is finished
