Nigel is a perfect guy to work with assisted by Nathan. I bought an electric tug, it was delivered with little missing but Nigel attended on-site, waited for almost an hour for me to come. I purchsed a task/cobra used electric stacker with a "new" battery which only lasted about 3 months and the battery died. I called back (which was just about the end of their 3-month warranty) and the response I got was "we dont service your area" even though they were happy to sell and deliver (which is central coast). After hearing "we dont service your area" and washing their hands off of any responsibility, I will not recommend working with this company. Beware they wind back the clock on their forklifts, cross referenced toyota material handlings data hour check, at 15550 along with formidable forklifts also at 15550. Have advertised the forklift at 5000 hours. Very dodgy we will be taking ACCC action if they do not come to the party to rectify this issue on our forklift. Met with a very abrupt sales person on the phone.
Sold us a second hand BT Reach Truck / forklift with "good batteries" as stated on the invoice. 3 Months warranty. Didn't even put 20 hours on it and the batteries died, just after the warranty lapsed. Also, steering control had issues. When pressed them to come and look at it, never followed up, never replied to calls. Had to get another forklift company in to repair the forklift as we need it for work.
