Amazing gym complex. Has indoor and outdoor equipment. Hosts plenty of classes for all levels of fitness. Fitness passport accepted. Nice locker rooms with digital locks.
I have been to this gym a couple of times now with mixed feelings. They have a good offering of classes across the day. The instructors in the afternoon class have been great. The Wednesday afternoon classes especially were brilliant. Unfortunately they only seem to have one young girl across most mornings who is terrible. She just yells at the class and seems to care more about herself than the people in front of her. Why have the same one instructor at the 8:30am time slots for most days??
