Just back from Active Escapes Noosa - what a week! Everything was delivered to perfection, from the training programs to the beach vibes, social atmosphere, and quality food. A truly standout experience I won’t forget anytime soon. Already looking forward to the next one. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a well-balanced and premium fitness getaway.
Came across Active Escapes totally by chance while planning a holiday to Noosa in November 25 and looking for accommodation close to an F45 studio to continue training. Didn't find a studio but I certainly found AE! Similar to F45 but on the beach. Spoke to Zanna and Alli (his partner who just happens to be the best yoga instructor going around) and their insights were super helpful. What a week in Mexico! A well thought out experience, Kevin and Astrid went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect. Workouts were a lot more challenging than I had expected, making you feel like you did something productive to start the day. What a cool experience meeting like minded people in that type of atmosphere. Will definitely be back.
What an amazing week that was! Active Escapes/F45 in the beautiful Maldives (Paradise) with 100 other legends from around the globe! Workouts were planned by F45 world athletes which kept us tested but also so much fun.. with gym, beach workouts and some ocean dips included it was training in heaven!
