From the organization, scheduling, and planning to all of the behind-the-scenes work that went into making the entire week run so smoothly, the Active Escapes team absolutely nailed it. Just returned from a one week active escapes x F45 experience in the Maldives. What can I say?!!!! We were working out in paradise. The F45 trainers were exceptional. Incredible professionals who took note of injuries and worked with them, pushed those participants who wanted to be pushed further and encouraged and helped every individual reach their fitness goals. Best week of my life - I can not express how incredibly amazing the trip was! Everything was so well planned, the workouts were the perfect mix of challenging and fun but also the whole team brought the energy you needed. Best week ever! Highly recommend active escapes. They are a family run business and you immediately feel part of the family once you join their retreats. Great workouts that cater to difference fitness levels. Not sure any other holiday will ever compare!
