We had solar panels put on and a battery system installed almost 5 yrs ago (which is their warranty), so now it has failed....took weeks to get someone out to look at it - apparently now, we're too far away! Finally had technician come out after numerous calls, he spent hours and said he didn't know what was wrong and that he and the alpha esss 'help-line' person decided it needed replacing and we'd be notified what was going to happen within 72hrs....weeks went bye and i had to ring them again, they... read more
