Yasmin is doing an incredible job transforming my 80 year old back into a 29 year old back through massage and rehab. Not afraid to get stuck in with the massage and also provides very informative exercise programs which are tailored to yourself, fool proof and allow fast results.
I worked with Shane for approximately 18 months finishing with a marathon in Valencia. In the time we worked together I PB’d in all but 5k distance, (didn’t race any events as I hate the distance). The coaching provided me clear guidance to how we were going to hit targets, why certain workouts were needed and what they were doing to the fitness to improve it. Receive regular sports massage from Shane who always takes time to identify my needs from the appointment before offering his service. Shane appears to be an approachable and friendly professional who has a broad and diverse knowledge base. Always enjoy my experiences with Active Edge whether this has been for treatment or maintenance during training.
As novice runner, (of 14 months) Shane was recommended to me by a friend who felt I might benefit from Shane’s coaching. He was right!!!
