I think it’s irresponsible when drivers don’t notify clients if they’re running late, especially when the client has a phone and can be contacted. Today, the driver was over 25 minutes late and never showed up. Since today isn’t a holiday, I ended up driving my sister’s dad to Active Day myself. When we arrived, the facility wasn’t open yet, so I had to bring him back and return again at 8:00 a.m. The entire situation could have been avoided with a simple phone call or update from the driver.

I have been attending Active Day for about two and a half years. When I first joined, I was only able to attend one day a week because of my busy work and college schedule. Even though most members are older (40–90 years old) and I am in my mid-30s, I’ve always gotten along well with everyone, even if we don’t share the same cultural experiences. There is no reason for your drivers to block 2 lanes of traffic. I have dashcam footage of your driver doing this that I would love to share

I have visited this facility on several occasions trying to obtain information regarding the program for my grandfather, however it seems like no one in this building was able to tell me anything. I called several times as well, and never received a call back.
