I started dropping my grandmother off here 6 months ago. She has described the place as unsettling and dirty . She continually is mentioning this woman that works there. I believe her name is Silvia I think? She describes Silvia as a bully and says she’s very aggressive and rude towards other members and staff. She yells and is constantly belittling the other people that come in and get dropped off. They are so awesome, caring, considerate. Leave my brother there five days a week. He has great care and help. The staff is superb 👍
