My mom loves Active Day! I am so happy that there's a place that my mom looks forward to going. She participates in the activities and engages with the other participants. She has nothing but good things to say about the staff. She says they are respectful, helpful, and patient.
I would never use this service, very unprofessional. Director called me on a Thursday but 'says she needed an email' but I don't recall her saying this, why didnt she just ask, why I was on the phone with her on Thursday. Also waited two days, again never requesting an email with a followup call. But she did follow up Sat with a call to cancel her service. Which caused me to cancel my surgery. She stated lack of help and my delay in sending her my email was the cause. I will also call the better business bureau and Ohio secr... read more
