My 85 year old mom attends the day program for older adults and she loves it. This program gives her the chance to interact with others and engage in activities while in a safe environment. The staff are amazing! They are very attentive to her needs, friendly and genuinely care about her. They are easy to work with and communication with me as her primary caretaker is fantastic. Highly recommend this program.
The entire staff is so very caring and helpful.
My mom loves Active Day! I am so happy that there's a place that my mom looks forward to going. She participates in the activities and engages with the other participants. She has nothing but good things to say about the staff. She says they are respectful, helpful, and patient.
I would never use this service, very unprofessional. Director called me on a Thursday but 'says she needed an email' but I don't recall her saying this, why didnt she just ask, why I was on the phone with her on Thursday. Also waited two days, again never requesting an email with a followup call. But she did follow up Sat with a call to cancel her service. Which caused me to cancel my surgery.
