Rude. Unreliable. Liars. This company was recommended to me by my printer company (because it is under warranty). I have used them twice in the past, with the same issue being the reason for having to return. The man who fixes the equipment is very unprofessional. He claimed to speak with the company who is paying him to fix my printer and said that the problem is not under warranty - when in fact it is.
