You're trained to lie to customers! We tell the client we have 100+ registered to attend each conference and in reality they average 20 paid attendees, the rest are sponsors and speakers who attend for free. The operations team is no better, each conference may generate between 50k to 150k in gross profit. They will put you up in a garbage hotel, they only invest maybe $200 in signage for their sponsors & the attendees walk away with a folder and pen.
