Came in looking to upgrade my phone, it was not in stock and I was told they absolutely could not ship to store. 2.5 weeks after ordering it to a friend address, I never received my phone (more a FedEx problem) but now it is being returned to sender. I am overall so disappointed since all of this would’ve been eliminated if they would’ve let me ship to store like other atnt locations do. Won’t be coming back here in the future.
These guys are the best. Super patient every time, very informed. At&t PAY THEM MORE.
