zero stars, bought a Apple 16 from them in May. ThAT stopped working. They would not honor the warranty. Told me to go the apple store in Denver . VERY bad service .
Jacob provided excellent service and information in restoring my phone. I recommend this store to anyone in the Dillon area.
My husband needed a new phone and he called the store to make sure they had the one in stock he wanted. Angel called him back and confirmed he did. Went in that day and Angel took care of everything quick and efficiently! He was so friendly that we had our daughter go upgrade her phone a few days later while visiting us and Angel took great care of her as well!
What a nasty service this location has provide to us today. Unprofessional sales representative spread in the chair giving an unwelcome attitude. He rather sent us to call a 611 number because he probably had o have been having a bad day since only he knows when. How one of the most if not the most important cellphone companies can allow this type of service?
I went to the store on Saturday at 1:00 PM to get my free phone upgrade. My husband and I were the only customers in the store when we walked in, but the red-haired associate didn’t even acknowledge us. We sat down, expecting to be helped, but instead, he went to the back.
