I've been seeing Dr. Shepherd for years and trust her fully with my care. She's amiable, knowledgeable, and if you're looking for gentler chiropractic techniques, you definitely need to book in with her. My body is so much more comfortable on a day-to-day basis thanks to her.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Kristen Sheppard. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. She takes the time to really listen, explains everything clearly, and creates a treatment plan that actually makes sense for your lifestyle. I came to Active Chiropractic for an SI joint issue and was referred by a friend who has been a long term patient.
