If I knew what I know now since 2019 that I had Stroke I would have felt better and running. I have only been here for 3 sessions and the Experience is Amazing. Back in January 2025, due to my injury doctors recommended physiotherapy, I googled and found Active Change Physiotherapy, went there and met Noura, a physiotherapist. I did an hour season with her, loved the care and knowledge, I had an hour season she spend hour and half, she stays with me every second. I go there at least twice a week, one day I told her that my doctor diagnosed Restless Leg Syndrome, she said it's because of your lower back, she did an hour treatment, same night I slept like a baby. I do physio with my parents here once a week. My physio therapist is one of the best! She pays attention to all your needs. I never regret coming. 100/10 experience eveytime!
I am glad that I discovered this clinic. The lady who I have been working with, her name is Noura. I don't usually go to physio or any clinics and I'm glad I am now because with Noura I am learning how to take better care of myself as well as working the muscles and all kinds of different health things that she has taught me. She is easy to talk with and always making sure that I do not go past any boundaries that I might have until I'm comfortable to push myself a little more each time.
