Dr. Danner and his team were so helpful and encouraging throughout the injury recovery process. I moved to Charlotte with a groin injury and throughout my appointments Dr. Danner was honest, encouraging, and supportive. I would recommend the service to anyone.
Dr. Danner always gets me up and going again from nagging pains or major disruptions. He and the office staff spend quality time with treatments ranging from traditional sports massage and PT, ART, Chiro, and advanced techniques like dry needling.
For 11 years, Dr. Ryan has been my go-to human mechanic, with the most effective and innovative techniques to keep my body, my wife's body and my son's body in tune and ready for the challenges the world brings! I can't tell you how many times I've recommended Active Carolina. And I will continue to do so. Thanks Dr Ryan, Sophia, and all present and past staff!
Dr Ryan and Sophia are amazing and definitely a permanent fixture on my training team. This laser they have added has been a game changer for my recovery and injuries.
