I had an establish care appointment with Dr. Chase. He was very thorough with going over my health history and initial exam. Along with a few adjustments, he gave me some daily exercises/stretches that I can incorporate to hopefully prevent those nasty back issues I’ve had in the past. I’ll definitely be returning as needed.
