I found Active Care PT when I was desperately looking for someone who could help me get back to my love for Pilates! As someone who is extremely active, to deal with three herniated discs has been miserable. Then I met Shar and the entire team at Active Care and they gave me hope again! Fast forward 4.5 months later and I’m back doing what I love, slowly with modifications but with more knowledge of how I should really be moving my body safely!
Very good hands on care! After suffering for 5 years, my sciatica went away with a few months of treatment! Dr. shar is a healer!
Each day, I learned something new about my injuries with the help of my physical therapist, specializing in manual therapy, through education, treatment, and resources such as acupuncture. Had an excellent experience here and can’t recommend this place enough.
