Phenomenal. Went to them for a second round of PT on a shoulder injury and they were way, way better than the place I went for round one. Shar in particular was fantastic. She's an absolute pro who understands injuries and their secondary effects with a really impressive level of depth and precision.
I tried this place because the main doctor is a big short for sports injury. While I'm ok with out of network price, I was requested to go there twice a week($$$$), sometimes even thrice a week, and the care is not enough. I spent half of the time doing exercises, and half of the time getting manual therapy while the DPT is still looking over someone else's exercise. It just doesn't match the money I pay. The services are ActiveCare PT are amazing! They listened to my concerns and helped come up with plan to alieviate pain and find exercises to help stabilize my problem areas. The staff is super nice and friendly. Coming to sessions has been a pleasure and I know I can count on the office and Dr. Shar for any flare-ups or maintaining of a pain-free living.
