It’s impossible to schedule an appointment with them over the phone, the receptionists NEVER pick up the phone, plus they’re very rude in general, acting as if we as costumers are asking too much from them. They implemented a new online booking system that doesn’t work either as there’re no available times in the 2 months provided in their calendar. They also don’t allow you to go to any other clinic, so do yourself a favor and don’t go there, look for other clinics/family doctors.
They don't answer the calls. It's difficult to reach them.
It is extremely difficult to get in contact with anyone at this office, as multiple calls are often required before reaching a staff member. I was informed by the receptionist that voicemail messages cannot be left due to understaffing. When contact is made, the receptionist can be rude at times, which further adds to the frustration. Takes forever to get through to anyone. Usually have to call 5 to 20 times just to book and appointment. If that's not frustrating enough... doctor never seems to be in the office. I have to wait 3 weeks for him to be in the office or go to their walk in.. which takes at least 2 to 4 hours. No appointment just walk in and wait.
