USELESS DOCTORS OFFICE!! It is extremely difficult to get in contact with anyone at this office, as multiple calls are often required before reaching a staff member. I was informed by the receptionist that voicemail messages cannot be left due to understaffing. When contact is made, the receptionist can be rude at times, which further adds to the frustration. My family physician Dr. Nasir, she is so helpful and listens to my health needs. She cares not only my physical health, but also mental health regarding my aging. She is knowledgeable about meds and test, and she refers to a specialist to get the best results depending on urgency. Thank you for supporting whole my family’s health!
This is the worst clinic I have ever came to and most importantly all the staff including doctor himself was very rude. They don’t pick the call and also let you wait for more than 1.5 hours even if you have taken the appointment and that too intentionally and not attending anyone else during that time. I had real bad impression for them and that is the first ever review that I have given 1 star too in my life.
