I have called 17 times (no exaggeration) over two weeks to make an appointment with my doctor and they haven’t picked up a single time. I also tried their new booking system but it either doesn’t work or they have zero appointments available until November (which is the furthest out you can book). How is one supposed to make an appointment with their doctor if there’s no scheduling method available??? Extremely frustrating.
We are so blessed to have Dr Sachdeva as our family physician. He is so kind and supportive. We have received a great service and very positive experience from Medical Administrators, Nurse Andrika and Dr. Sachdeva. The whole team is just amazing . Thank you for accepting us as your patients.
