Mark and Jerry are awesome. Mark has helped me so much over the last couple years, after I had an amputation. With his help I was able to walk again in Just a couple months. There is no way I'd be where am I'm at in my recovery without the great staff at active limb and brace. Both physically and mentally. Keep up the good work
The brace wasn’t fitted properly as they cut so much off one of the straps that it wouldn’t fit over my bandages after surgery. Another strap was so long it wouldn’t fit but I can fix that part. The appointment was really done too quickly to have a correct fit.

Improperly fitted. Incomplete staff instructions. Then he offered to throw out the "extra parts" and instructions. A month later: Defective brace. Manufacturer said go back to the store. Screw that, I've got a welder. I'm good. Malyssa at the front desk, and another gal in the back get five stars. The fella that fitted my brace, not so much. Oh, and that guy didn't know, or DIDN’T REALIZE the DIFFERENCE between FLEXION and EXTENSION.

He also ignored the 'lock-ties' for 'enforced compliance' that securely limit the range of motion for the brace. The lock-ties were with the INSTRUCTIONS, inside the box, that he so generously offered to dispose of for me.
