I'm an ex member finding out you're closing without notifying members. Awful business practices all around, yet nothing new from the 'Snap' team. It's a terrible place to workout and I'm glad they're shutting down to hopefully make way for a real gym. P.S. Whoever is replying to the reviews in such a defensive manner, learn a bit about public relations. You sound incredibly uneducated and unprofessional in your responses. Do better.

***UPDATE*** Went in on Nov 5th, and they already had a note on their system for the charge. The Kind attendant explained what happened, and deleted my banking information before my eyes.
