Cory and his son James came early in the morning to diagnose and change the fuel filter on my 2002 Mercury Sabel. Cory's communication prior, during, and after was professional and informative. He even called to ensure I made it back home safely. This was extremely kind and appreciated. If ever again in a pinch in the 300-mile radius that they service, I will 100% be calling for their help.
