Wanted to work w/a small local business for my windshield replacement vs Safelite, where my insurance company was steering me. Got an OEM replacement. Customer service, knowledgeable about glass replacement and quick service!
First time customer. Used active auto glass for my Boxster windshield replacement. James (owner and installer) was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The job completed as promised without any issues. I would highly recommend them for their services.
Went here on 3 different occasions because they use good replacements glass. Very sloppy work all 3 times. Had my rear passenger glass replaced. They left glass on my child’s car seat and on the floor. The window makes a weird sound when opening now. On another occasion the windshield seals were not put back correctly and the vin number was not placed back where it should be. The receptionist was very nice and she was accommodating. I want to like this place but cant justify 3 times of crappy work…
So pleased with our windshield replacement experience with Active Auto Glass! Our initial exchange on the phone with Nancy was simple and pleasant, and arrangements were made within a day for them to replace it in our driveway. Staff was so helpful and easy to work with. Couldn't ask for better service!
Why should you use active glass. First they are local business. Second, they use quality replacement if not oem windshields. Not the inferior ones that companies like satellite uses. James the owner gives 100% to make sure the job is done right and stands behind his work. I highly recommend this business for glass and screen repairs.
