I went twice to get my rear window replaced. Both time the windows had etching that distracted me while I was driving. The second time they left a lot of unsightly glue on the back spoiler. There was also a very noticeable scratch on the window as well. They also chipped some of the paint on the trunk just below the window. I gave them a few stars because they were fast and reasonable priced.

Wanted to work w/a small local business for my windshield replacement vs Safelite, where my insurance company was steering me. Got an OEM replacement. Customer service, knowledgeable about glass replacement and quick service!

If you enjoy wasting 3 weeks chasing a basic repair that never even gets started, this is the place for you. Dropped off my screen on 3/11, kept getting excuses, and on 3/30 was told the repair was never done at all. 19 days later I picked it up exactly how I left it. Extremely unprofessional.

Went here on 3 different occasions because they use good replacements glass. Very sloppy work all 3 times. Had my rear passenger glass replaced. They left glass on my child’s car seat and on the floor. The window makes a weird sound when opening now. On another occasion the windshield seals were not put back correctly and the vin number was not placed back where it should be. The receptionist was very nice and she was accommodating. I want to like this place but cant justify 3 times of crappy work…

So pleased with our windshield replacement experience with Active Auto Glass! Our initial exchange on the phone with Nancy was simple and pleasant, and arrangements were made within a day for them to replace it in our driveway. Staff was so helpful and easy to work with. Couldn't ask for better service!
