Active Auto Care is the number one shop to take your vehicles to. They have worked on my diesel truck, my work van & my Dodge everyday driver. Quinton the shop manager always goes out of his way to take care of you and is the number one mechanic in Washington. The owners of active Auto Care Joe and is awesome wife always treat everyone like family and have exceptional knowledge of all auto repair
Zero stars. I went for a starter issue. They talked me into a service I could not afford, a clutch job. They assured me I could get financing. I got the financing. As soon as I signed the papers. I was told the car still would not start, and that he changed my starter for free. What a coincidence. They used dishonest practices. Now, I am stuck paying finance charges, that I could have avoided had he just changed the starter at first. Stay away from this place. I can’t say enough good things about Mitch and the team. I brought my 2020 F-150 in with what turned into a very complicated coolant leak and warranty claim. Over the course of several months, Mitch was incredibly thorough, honest, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what he was finding, kept me updated, and never pushed unnecessary repairs. What really impressed me was that he didn’t stop advocating for me after the initial repair.
