I have been under the care of the AAH team twice a week for nearly 5 years now, and I can't rate Michael as his crew highly enough! I have had some unpleasant matters on the home front in the last 2 weeks causing me to miss and change appointments at short notice. I recently started seeing Hannah for exercise physiology, and I'm genuinely impressed by her expertise. She's not only incredibly knowledgeable but also provides unwavering support and a fantastic boost of energy through every session. The clinic itself is excellent, boasting top-notch equipment and the convenience of ample parking.

The reformer Pilates classes are brilliant! I aim to go every week and can feel the difference. Hannah is a wonderful instructor who ensures all skill levels are supported and better still facilities connections for the group. Hannah provides lots of variety too!
Highly recommend Hannah reformer Pilates classes! Challenging for all levels and Hannah is a fantastic instructor - lots of laughs but at the same time a tough workout.
