I highly recommend Active Air Specialists. They came to my home to replace an extremely old HVAC system. They were extremely professional, explained what they were doing during the entire project. Installation team was great and they took the time to make sure it was installed correctly. They even installed my new smart thermostat. I am an extremely happy customer. Jeremy was the best! Not only did he respond very quickly but helped out by getting my AC Working to help my family during the heat in which we were struggling moving into a new home with the heat was no fun! I would recommend highly super trustworthy and reliable!
Jeremy did an excellent job! He was prompt, and got here much earlier than I was expecting. He was very knowledgeable, (Even with my dinosaur of an AC unit) and he wasn't trying to underplay or overplay the problem. He got it fixed in less than an hour and the house is already cooling off. He was able to give me a parts and labor warranty for 3 years, and a parts warranty for lifetime. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend this company.
